We are looking for a talented IT Officer to join our IT team, where you will contribute to maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure and ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and software to ensure smooth operations.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
  

• Assist employees with technical support and IT-related inquiries.
  

• Install, configure, and update software, operating systems, and security tools.
  

• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures are in place.
  

• Collaborate with other teams to support IT needs for projects and digital initiatives.
  

• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and best practices for system administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  

• 4–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  

• Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and security principles
  

• Hands-on experience with hardware/software troubleshooting
  

• Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
  

• Experience with network devices (routers, switches, access points)
  

• Familiarity with backup solutions and data protection practices
  

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  

• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability
