Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an IT-related role
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Visit visa candidates are encouraged to apply
• Open to all nationalities

Technical Skills

Hardware & Software Support

• Troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Install, configure, and support operating systems (Windows) and applications (MS Office / Office 365)
• Basic understanding of server concepts

Networking

• Perform basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting
• Understand IP addressing, connectivity issues, and common network devices

Systems & Tools

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications
• Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems, asset inventory, and user account management

Security & Compliance

• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices, data protection, and safe computing principles

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Good verbal and written communication skills, especially with non-technical users
• Customer service–oriented mindset
• Strong time management and organizational skills
