IT Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a competent and reliable IT Officer to manage and support the IT operations of both our Software House and Finance Firm. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure smooth system operations, secure data management, and uninterrupted IT support across both business units.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for both the Software and Finance firms

-Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across departments

-Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems

-Ensure system security, data protection, and regular backups

-Manage user accounts, email systems, and access controls

-Monitor network performance and troubleshoot technical issues

-Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required

-Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

-2–4 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience

-Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and system troubleshooting0

-Understanding of data security, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices

-Ability to manage IT needs for multiple business units

-Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

-Experience supporting ERP, accounting, or financial systems

-Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)

-Exposure to software development environments is a plus
