Job Description

· Installation and configuration of software/hardware

· Create, manage, and configure email accounts, and maintain access control of user accounts to company’s resources and passwords.

· Must be able to prioritize remediation of issues in an environment with critical uptime requirements.

· Managing the tagged stocks of equipment, consumables, and other supplies.

· Provide technical assistance for audio/video conferences and PABX.

· Having knowledge of maintaining CCTV cameras troubleshooting/configuration and Redundant Power Solutions.

· Apply and implement network security protocols as per the company’s requirements.

· Backup and restore the databases in a timely manner through NAS.
