WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN IT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR ENTAIL?

As an IT Operations Administrator, you will be crucial in addressing and prioritizing help desk tickets while ensuring timely updates on ongoing issues. As the primary point of contact for staff troubleshooting needs, you will exhibit excellent communication skills to provide effective solutions. Collaboration with information technology personnel and management will be vital in resolving complex issues that require further expertise.

Your responsibilities will also include installing hardware and software to support the operational efficiency of our staff, enabling them to deliver exceptional service to our members. A self-motivated individual who thrives on learning new skills and adapting on the go, you will embody kindness, courtesy, and genuine care for those around you. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • IT support experience
  • Knowledge and experience with triaging tickets and comfortable with using Jira
  • Customer service experience
  • User administration experience
  • Proficiency with Windows Enterprise Environment as well as M365 applications
