Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Monitor support queue to ensure service-related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs
Work with support staff and IT team to resolve escalated customer issues
Manage and maintain on-premise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Deploy, configure, and manage AWS and Azure cloud environments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all IT systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and IT team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related job experience
Proven experience in managing on-premise IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
