Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor support queue to ensure service-related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs
- Work with support staff and IT team to resolve escalated customer issues
- Manage and maintain on-premise IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Deploy, configure, and manage AWS and Azure cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all IT systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.
- Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management and IT team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related job experience
- Proven experience in managing on-premise IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
