IT Operations Lead (Fintech)

Role Purpose

Ensure stable, secure, and compliant day-to-day IT operations, supporting a regulated fintech environment while enabling efficient scaling of a BNPL product platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own IT operations, internal systems, and user access management
• Manage identity platforms (Google Workspace, Entra ID, IAM)
• Implement and maintain IT policies and operational procedures
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and SLAs
• Ensure business continuity, backup, and disaster recovery readiness
• Oversee endpoint security, asset management, and patching
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulator requests
• Enforce least-privilege access and access governance

Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations or IT Management
• Mandatory experience working in fintech or product-driven technology companies
• Experience in regulated or financial services environments
• Strong understanding of identity, access management, and endpoint security
• Experience managing outsourced IT or MSP relationships
