IT Operations Section Head

We’re looking for an experienced IT Operations Section Head to lead and enhance IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliable service delivery across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring SLA & KPI compliance

• Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, POS systems, cloud platforms)

• Manage incidents, monitoring, backups, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery

• Coordinate with vendors, manage assets, and improve IT processes

• Ensure system performance, availability, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations or technical leadership roles

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with networks (LAN/WAN), servers, cloud (AWS/Azure), POS, and ITSM tools

• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG)

• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and Office 365 / Azure

• Understanding of backups, access management, and IT security practices

• Familiarity with SLA/KPI management, ITIL practices, and vendor management
