Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to manage and support the day-to-day IT operations of our organization. This role requires a professional with expertise in IT systems, network administration, and troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, enhancing security, and supporting JMB78’s digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support IT systems, networks, and servers.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for staff.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and new technologies.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and incidents.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
• Assist in managing vendors, resources, and IT assets.
• Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: Up to QAR19,000.00 per month
