IT Planning Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in Enterprise Initiatives eg Continue to provide EPPM support to PMs, RMs, and PCOs and Work with internal divisions of merchandising, demand planning, supply planning, and sales operations teammates consultants to design, develop, and implement demand planning solutions.
• Deep knowledge in Enterprise architecture like PRINCE2, CoBIT, TOGAF etc.
• Understanding of IT budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation
• Prepare reports through gathering, analyzing and summarizing data and information
• Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and communicate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
• Participates and assists in the preparation of the annual business plan for the assigned IT functional area, and coordinates contract or resource management efforts including making recommendations.
• Takes action and makes recommendations that impact the achievement of IT goals
• Acts as the lead on high profile business analysis, planning, or operations cross functional projects and initiative
• Works with considerable direct exposure to the senior leadership and is peer with leadership team
• Facilities leadership team meetings and manages issues resolution
• Develops and creates enterprise-wide level presentations for senior leadership
• Proactively follows-up on issues and initiatives for senior leaders to ensure successful resolution and implementation
• Works closely with leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure that key initiatives and activities are delivered in a timely and coordinated manner and aligned with the goals of the organization
• Manages the development, implementation and coordination of communication strategies and messaging for organizations and / or initiatives
• Drives change in the organization and is a champion of company initiatives as appropriate
• Acts as a thought leader, applying extensive unique subject matter expertise in the development of strategy or resolution of complex issues
• Requires considerable direct exposure to senior leaders and is peer to organization leadership team
• Build effective working relationships within and across IT, Business Finance, and other work groups
• Managing business processes like POs, BCP
• Provide progress reporting documents and briefing materials as required
• Assist in the initiation, conducting and coordinating studies and analysis on IT operations, resource allocation, financial reviews.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
