IT Procurement Eexecutive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic IT Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing of IT hardware, software, and services. The role involves negotiating contracts, ensuring cost optimization, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and SLAs with IT vendors.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Operations teams to understand requirements and budgets.
• Ensure timely purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor payments.
• Monitor IT procurement trends, pricing, and new technologies to optimize costs.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
• Track vendor performance and resolve supply, service, or quality issues.
• Support IT asset management by keeping records of licenses, warranties, and renewals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in IT procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of IT products, licensing, and vendor ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement tools/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Supply Chain/Procurement (CPSM, CIPS) is an added advantage.
• Experience in IT solution/service procurement and government/GEM portal knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
