IT Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

• Able to cope with greenfield technology and ambiguity.
• Work with the sourcing team buying all hardware, software, and IT services globally.
• Help shape category strategies and manage large-scale technology procurement vendors.
• Create strategies and sourcing/negotiation plans.
• Manage stakeholders across business functions.
• Perform Excel-based analysis to support procurement insights.
• Deliver storytelling and presentations to communicate procurement outcomes.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, time management, and ownership of deliverables.

Required Skills:

• Experience with greenfield technology and working in ambiguous environments.
• Strong category management and sourcing strategy background.
• Proven expertise in procurement strategies and market analysis.
• Hands-on experience with tools: Ariba, Sievo, Hicx, Microsoft Office 365, Monday.com.
• Experience collaborating with executives and managing global requirements.
• Proven experience working with large-scale technology vendors:
• SAP, Blue Yonder, AWS, Microsoft, Salsify, Salesforce, Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, E&Y.
• Professional qualification in Procurement or Supply Chain (CIPS) or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in Excel analysis, storytelling, and presentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
