We'd like to bring on board an IT Technician or IT Specialist depending on the qualifications of our candidate pool.


The pay range for the IT Technician is $56, 720 - $73,737 per year and for the IT Specialist it is $60,974 - $79,267 per year. For more details regarding the duties and responsibilities of the position, please see the job descriptions.

  • Associates degree in a related field and 2-4 years of relative work experience, or in lieu of a degree, 1-2 years of additional relative work experience.
  • Proficient with Active Directory, file/print services, Microsoft 365.
  • In-depth understanding of Microsoft Windows and iOS (iPhones, iPads).
  • Experience supporting software such as BS&A, Cityworks, and OnBase is preferred but not required.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Possession of, or in the process of obtaining, CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft Certifications preferred.
  • Requires a valid State of Michigan driver's license, satisfactory driving record and the ability to maintain one throughout employment.
An employee in this position spends a portion of their time in-person in an office setting with a controlled climate where they sit and work on a computer for extended periods of time; communicate by telephone, e-mail or in person, and move around the office or travel to other locations to attend meetings and site visits. This position will also spend a portion of their time in garage settings, working on in-vehicle technology.
