IT Project Associate

We are hiring an IT Project Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating IT projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
• Managing all internal and external meetings.
• Assist in quality checks and testing.
• Prepare and distribute all project-related documentation and reports.
• Track and manage project tasks, ensuring they align with project goals and timelines.
• Excellent understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to work with project management tools.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably in handling e-commerce projects and prior experience in a web development company.
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Project management certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible with late sittings and available on weekends.
• Calm and Pressure-absorbing.
