As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a highly skilled Project Coordinator with an IT background to join our growing team.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting IT service projects, ensuring timely delivery, organizing workflows, and maintaining efficient communication among internal teams and clients. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking a candidate with a Master’s degree, fluency in English, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day IT service project activities and timelines.
  • Maintain effective communication between technical teams, clients, and management.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare project documentation, status reports, and client updates.
  • Assist in defining project scopes, goals, and resource planning.
  • Identify risks, issues, and delays, and escalate them when necessary.
  • Support project managers in executing project workflows and ensuring quality delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and project communication logs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (preferably in IT, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or IT service management roles.
  • Fluent in English — both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, systems, and basic technical terminology.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic.
