IT Project Coordinator

Client Account Manager Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:

· Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for UAE eInvoicing implementation engagements.

2. UAE VAT & eInvoicing Compliance:

· Stay up to date with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations, eInvoicing mandates, and Peppol network requirements, ensuring all project activities remain fully compliant.

· Assist clients in understanding and implementing UAE eInvoicing standards, including structured invoice formats (XML/UBL) and integration with the FTA's designated platforms.

· Support clients in preparing and filing UAE VAT returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

· Address any VAT or eInvoicing-related issues or queries from project stakeholders, including technical and compliance questions.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain project charters and publish regular project status updates to stakeholders, including eInvoicing rollout milestones, compliance checkpoints, and go-live readiness reports.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

· Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients, including coordination with FTA representatives where required.

· Communicate UAE tax regulation updates, eInvoicing mandate timelines, and technical requirements to all relevant project stakeholders in a timely manner.

5. Risk Management:

· Identify potential compliance and technical risks associated with eInvoicing implementation projects and propose effective mitigation strategies.

· Assist in resolving issues that may arise during project execution, including integration failures, data validation errors, and regulatory non-conformities.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with various departments including Finance, Legal, Engineering, Product Management, and Compliance to ensure holistic project management and adherence to UAE eInvoicing regulations.

· Work closely with technical teams to support API integrations between client ERP/accounting systems and the UAE eInvoicing network.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
