The company employs around 1,400 people across its 13 locations and sells its products in over 50 countries worldwide.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated IT Project Intern to join our team for a high-impact Windows 11 hardware refresh project. As we transition our workforce to the latest OS and modern hardware, you will play a critical role in the deployment, configuration, and user-enablement process. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level deployment tools and hardware lifecycle management. (Approximately 10 weeks)

Your responsibilities

  • Imaging & Provisioning: Execute the imaging process for new laptops using tools like Microsoft Autopilot and lntune to ensure all devices meet company standards.
  • Hardware Deployment: Unbox, tag, and organize new inventory. Prepare "New Hire" or "Refresh" kits for distribution to employees.
  • Data Migration: Assist users in backing up local data and ensuring a seamless transition of files and settings to the new Windows 11 environment (utilizing OneDrive and profile migration tools).
  • Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 1 support for post-deployment issues, including peripheral connectivity (docks, monitors), software installation, and OS navigation.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory database. Document the decommissioning of legacy hardware and ensure secure data destruction according to company policy.
  • User Training: Briefly orient employees on the new features of Windows 11 to reduce "day one" friction.

Your qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments.
  • Basic understanding of PC hardware components and peripherals.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Excellent communication skills and a "customer-first" mentality.
  • Ability to follow strict technical checklists and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs (laptops/docking stations).

What we offer

This is an integral, responsible and diversified role with a focus on quality and service provision in a rapidly growing, international company. We look forward to receiving your complete application.
