Summary/Objective:

The Fuse.Cloud Project Manager plays a key role in the implementation of all Fuse.Cloud technology solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating pre- and post-installation tasks, preparing customer sites, managing on-site equipment installation, and supporting other special projects.

Position Status:

This position is exempt from the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA. This is a full-time position. Full-time employees are regularly scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week and are eligible to participate in all Company benefits subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefit plan.

Salary: Commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities available.

Minimum Qualifications:

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in project management.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough and self-sufficient
• Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra
• Experience with remote monitoring tools (e.g., NinjaOne, Automate, Kaseya)
• High proficiency in Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of mobile devices including Android and iOS
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Servers and related modules (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Experience with firewall management, including access and security policies
• Proficiency in networking (e.g., LAN, WAN, VLAN, etc)
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in a customer-facing context

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead IT project rollouts and customer onboarding for a seamless transition to Fuse.Cloud services
• Develop and manage standardized checklists and implementation procedures
• Coordinate technical requirements and equipment procurement with internal teams and vendors
• Resolve outstanding items through post-installation punch list management
• Track project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with Operations weekly to align on project status and priorities
• Maintain accurate and organized customer documentation in Fuse.Cloud systems

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Must be able to travel to customer sites.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
