Overview:
Strategic Technology Advisors (STA) is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise technology projects, including Oracle Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for IT and cloud-based initiatives
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
• Ensure compliance with project governance and reporting standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in ERP or cloud environments
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
