IT Project Manager

Job description:

Quest Global Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience in managing IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple IT projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or issues proactively.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and client updates.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in the IT sector.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Basecamp,JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle pressure effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Experience with blockchain or software development projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
