IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with more than 5 years of proven experience in managing and delivering technology projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple IT projects specially CRM Systems from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and business requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to senior management
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively
• Ensure adherence to company processes, standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
• Strong client-handling and stakeholder management skills
