Job Title: IT Project Manager (Part-Time Consultant)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team on a consulting basis. The role involves coordinating project activities, supporting hiring efforts, and creating and maintaining project documentation. Experience with product-based projects and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project tasks and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Assist in hiring technical staff and managing onboarding activities.
• Prepare and maintain clear, organized project and technical documentation.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely progress.
• Apply best practices and insights from previous product-based project experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software/product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently.
• Part-time consulting availability (approximately a couple of hours per day).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,250.00 per hour
