Our Client is looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager professional; There is a good chance that the role may be made Full Time if the project management performance is good.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, utilizing project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and motivation to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints, negotiating with vendors when necessary.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and vendors.
Manage and resolve project conflicts, escalating issues to senior management when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
Conduct regular project status meetings, prepare reports, and present project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress and challenges.
Ensure adherence to IT governance and compliance standards, including security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Oversee project closure activities, including final documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
