Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Recruiter with 3–6 years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment, operations, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to IT hiring, be able to manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth recruitment processes aligned with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in IT recruitment, operations, and vendor management.
• In-depth understanding of IT skills, roles, and market trends.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioriti

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
