Role Overview:-

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have an IT background, strong understanding of technical requirements, and proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Understand and analyze job descriptions shared by hiring managers.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and networking.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers.
  • Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers (MIS).

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and job roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, job portals, and recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
