- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment — from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and referrals.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit based on client or internal requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Support fresher and experienced hiring for both training and project teams.
- Assist in campus recruitment drives, internship selections, and related HR coordination.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly hiring reports with the HR Manager.
