Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong experience in engineering design hiring to support our fast-growing technical teams. The role involves sourcing, screening, and closing niche engineering design and IT roles while partnering closely with project managers and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering design roles (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, CAD, CAE, PLM, and related domains).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, campus drives, and specialized design forums.
• Screen candidates for technical proficiency, tool expertise and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with design leads and technical panels; manage feedback and offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate pipeline, recruitment metrics, and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with HR & Admin for onboarding coordination and joining formalities.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and design communities for future talent sourcing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Engineering, or related).
• 1-2 years of experience in IT or engineering design recruitment.
• Strong understanding of design software tools and technical terminology.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹120,436.91 per year
