We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end technical hiring processes. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IT job roles, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to identify and engage top technical talent.

Experience Required - 1 - 3 Years

Locations - Mohali, Panchkula

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

Work on various IT positions such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and Support Engineers.

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.

Conduct preliminary technical and HR screening through phone or video calls.

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.

Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.

Handle salary negotiations and finalize offers.

Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and documentation.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, etc.).

Proficiency with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously.

Strong evaluation, screening, and decision-making skills.

Good negotiation and client/candidate relationship management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR preferred).

1–5 years of experience in IT recruitment (corporate or consultancy).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,944.04 - ₹40,838.71 per month
