  • Job Requirement Analysis: Partnering with technical leads and hiring managers to define job requirements, skill sets, and cultural expectations.
  • Talent Sourcing: Actively searching for candidates through specialized job boards (LinkedIn, Dice, GitHub, Stack Overflow), social media, and internal databases.
  • Screening and Evaluation: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video screenings, and administering technical assessments or coding challenges to validate expertise.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and managing interviews between candidates and technical panels, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
  • Offer Management: Extending job offers, negotiating compensation, managing counter-offers, and facilitating pre-boarding documentation.
  • Database and Pipeline Management: Maintaining a robust database of qualified IT professionals in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to fill future roles efficiently.
  • Employer Branding: Representing the company at tech conferences and meetups to promote the organization as a "best place to work".
  • Key Skills and Qualifications Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of IT roles (e.g., front-end vs. back-end, DevOps, QA), programming languages (Java, Python), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Recruitment Proficiency: Expertise in Boolean search techniques, keyword filtering, and various interview formats (structured, behavioral, competency-based).
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written skills for explaining complex roles to candidates and negotiating high-value offers. Tool Expertise: Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Taleo, Workable, Greenhouse), CRM software, and professional networks like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
