Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent. The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles and work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions

· Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring timelines

· Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

· Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates

· Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS)

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent

· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

· Stay up to date with IT industry trends and talent market conditions

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field

· Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter

· Strong understanding of IT roles (developers, testers, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.)

· Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience recruiting for niche or senior technical roles

· Knowledge of modern tech stacks and software development lifecycle

· HR or recruitment certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37,500.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
