IT Recruiter – Embedded Systems Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with proven experience in hiring for the embedded systems domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of embedded technologies and a strong network of professionals in this space. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for roles such as embedded software engineers, firmware developers, hardware engineers, and system architects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

• Understand client requirements for positions in semiconductor and related domains.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
• Screen resumes, assess technical fit (based on job description), and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure high offer-to-join ratio.
• Build and update a talent pipeline for niche embedded skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2 years focused on embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of embedded technologies (RTOS, microcontrollers, C/C++, IoT, etc.).
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in staffing/consulting firms.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Exposure to bulk/niche hiring in product engineering or semiconductor domains.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for automotive, consumer electronics, or industrial automation sectors.
• Technical background or certifications in embedded systems.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment CRMs.
