Job brief

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist with exceptional interpersonal abilities to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment plans tailored to IT roles
• Coordinate and build relationships with college TPOs to arrange campus recruitment drives
• Organize and conduct college campus recruitment events, including job fairs and interviews
• Administer job postings, screenings, interviews, and offer management for IT positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and identify top candidates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with strong knowledge of the IT job market and technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Experience in coordinating and conducting college campus recruitment and working closely with TPOs
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to assess technical skills and match candidates with the right roles effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
