Job Summary:

Lorven Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with technical panels.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and database.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate (Preferably IT / MBA HR background).
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
