About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven IT Recruiter who can independently manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of IT professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct search methods.
  • Conduct initial HR and technical screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract niche and specialized IT talent.
  • Handle bulk hiring and specialized technical hiring requirements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Comfortable with travel for recruitment drives, if required.
  • Flexible to work extended hours during peak hiring periods.
  • Capable of managing high-volume hiring independently.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Annual planning of HR and administrative activities.
  • Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing office operations and facilities.
  • Overseeing day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
  • Supervising travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors.
