IT Recruitment Assistant-Female (1 Year Experience)

Job description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)
• Understand job requirements from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with relevant teams
• Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
• Good understanding of technical roles (developers, QA, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and tools
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Hours:

• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
