Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to manage the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate technical interviews with relevant teams
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of technical roles (developers, QA, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and tools
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Hours:
Ability to commute/relocate:
