Experience
- A Minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment / Staffing / RPO.
- Client Handling experience is preferred.
- Client Acquisition experience would be an advantage.
- Willing to work for Domestic & APAC market.
Job Description
- End to end recruitment process by using various methods and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
- Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).
- Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.
- Screening, Shortlist resumes Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, and Follow-up.
- Handling the End-to-End life cycle of Recruitment from Sourcing to joining for all Levels.
- Collection of candidature from job portals, Headhunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
- Evaluating the candidate’s skills Confidence level and Presentation.
- Meet monthly/quarterly Targets.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
