Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive IT Recruitment Specialist to join our HR and talent acquisition team. This role is crucial in sourcing, attracting, and hiring skilled IT professionals who will contribute to the company’s growth. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best talent is onboarded.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top IT professionals through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably in IT.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
