Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through Up work, LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, and other outbound sales methods.
  • Handle domestic and international sales and communicate with global clients.
  • Perform outbound sales activities including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Schedule and conduct monthly client meetings (online/offline) to present services and close deals.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Looking for a skill Sales Manager with experience in Inside sales, Presales and closing Sales. The individual to have strong marketing, sales & business development skills in IT Services Industry.
  • The individual should be well versed with Setting Targets, Creating Performance Plans, Maintaining Standards, Planning Sales Strategies, Optimizing Sales, Finding Client, coordinating with clients and Negotiating offers.
  • Experience selling project/solutions business successfully to US, UK, UAE region with reliable references.
  • Expert in Selling IT Application, Mobile Web Application Development Services in latest technologies.
  • Experience in qualifying opportunities in discussions with Client and following up for closure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as reporting and presentation expertise.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT service sales
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation via Upwork, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Good understanding of IT services and solution-based selling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
