We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven IT Sales Closer to join our growth team. This isn’t a role for someone who just likes chatting, we need a specialist who understands the nuances of high-ticket IT services and knows how to pivot a discovery call into a signed contract.
You’ll be targeting B2B stakeholders to sell AI Automation workflows and Custom Web Development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the Close: Lead discovery calls and presentations with a primary focus on converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic cold calling and follow-ups to build a robust pipeline of high-value business leads.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze a prospect’s current business bottlenecks and pitch tailored AI automation and web solutions that solve their specific pain points.
- Objection Handling: Navigate technical and financial objections with ease, providing clarity on the value proposition of our dev team.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of interactions and deal stages in the CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of experience closing B2B deals, specifically within the IT, SaaS, or Digital Agency space.
- The "Closer" Mentality: You are comfortable asking for the money and driving the sense of urgency required to shut down the competition.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to influence C-suite executives.
- Resilience: High tolerance for "No" and the persistence to turn a "Maybe" into a "Yes."
