IT Sales Closer & Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Closer cum Appointment Setter to join our Channel Sales Team for Software & Services Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing CRM/ERP software, Website, Digital Marketing deals with partners and customers, exceeding quarterly sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Close CRM/ERP software, Website, Digital Marketing deals with partners and customers via phone, email, virtual meetings and continuous follow-ups from the pipeline and aged customer data.

- Achieve and Overachieve quarterly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling and appointment setting.

- Provide product & service demonstrations.

- Negotiate prices and terms.

- Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

- Proven 2-3 years of sales closing experience in the software industry, with preference for channel sales experience.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, GHL, Odoo, Podio, HubSpot)

- Experience with ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, GHL, Odoo, Podio, HubSpot)

- Knowledge of website development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress)

- Understanding of USA Real Estate sector compliance regulations.

- Experience selling digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media management)

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales or B2B industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business & IT or BSCS.
  • Proficiency in CRMS and Campaign Tools.
