What We’re Looking For
● 1–3 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales / SaaS / Solution Selling
● Proven ability to sell to large organisations and senior stakeholders
● Strong target orientation and hunger to win (this is non-negotiable)
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
● Ability to understand complex business requirements and sell value-based solutions
● Comfortable working in a high-growth, performance-driven environment
Good to Have (Strong Advantage)
● Experience selling to IT services companies, BPOs, GCCs or large corporate accounts
● Exposure to employee transport, facilities management, workplace tech, HR tech or
enterprise software
● Prior experience in solution selling rather than transactional sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,221.70 - ₹48,224.27 per month
