The ideal candidate will develop relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and client retention. You act as a consultant by developing account strategies that provide the greatest opportunities to drive revenue.


Skills & Responsibilities


- Ability to understand the customer requirement and suggest ample solutions inline with Company portfolio including server, storage, switches, firewalls, access points, and IT infrastructure hardware supplies and their implementations.


- Good knowledge about IT infrastructure hardware like switches, firewalls, access points, Servers and Storage concepts.


- Knowledge to pitch and position structured cabling (Cat6 & fiber), rack & server organizing, documentation, labeling, and IT infrastructure hardware like switches, firewalls, and access points.


- Good at handling competition and negotiations.


- Achieving the assigned sales targets.


- Should carry and maintain a strong customer database.


- Focus on generating new business using existing and potential customer networks.


- Develop positive relationships with clients.


- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs.


- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.


- Report on the status of accounts and transactions.


- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.


- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.


- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.


Additionally, focus on cable management gaps (Cat6 & fiber), rack & server organizing improvements, documentation & labeling needs, scalability, performance, and uptime risks, and security enhancements including CCTV & access control integration.
