DubaiTech (DT IT Solutions) is looking for a IT Sales Manager who will act as the face of the company for our customers in the UAE.
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Business Development (Sales & Meetings)
- Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Basic L1 IT Support (onsite)
- Coordination with L2/L3 Technical Team
You will be responsible for bringing in new clients, nurturing existing ones, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the technical teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys IT, customer interactions, and has a passion for growing in the MSP industry.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
- Attend client meetings across Dubai to present our Managed IT Services offerings.
- Identify new leads, schedule appointments, and follow up on proposals.
- Prepare basic quotations and assist in creating AMC proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (commission provided on each deal).
2. Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary UAE contact for all customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, handle escalations, and maintain communication channels.
- Manage contract renewals, onboarding, and periodic follow-ups.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBR) and health-check discussions.
3. L1 IT Onsite Support (Basic)
- Perform simple onsite tasks such as:
- Printer issues
- Basic desktop troubleshooting
- Network cable checks
- Router/modem restarts
- Device replacement
- Document incidents and update tickets in the RMM/PSA system.
4. Coordination With Technical Teams
- Liaise with remote L2/L3 engineers for advanced issues.
- Understand customer problems and translate them into clear technical tasks.
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets.
- Update customers proactively on issue status.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Keep CRM and RMM/PSA updated with customer interactions.
- Submit weekly activity reports (leads, meetings, support visits).
- Maintain customer asset and contract data accurately.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years experience in IT sales, field support, and customer service.
- Good understanding of computers, networks, printers, and IP phones.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle on-site visits and customer-facing roles.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge (Windows, WiFi, printers, email).
- Familiarity with MSP tools like Atera, NinjaOne, ConnectWise (advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE driving license (preferred).
- Experience in IT AMC / MSP / IT Support companies.
- Hands-on with Office 365, firewalls, routers, VoIP (added advantage).
- Ability to multitask between sales, relationships, and basic tech support.
