Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope and price customized solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM data and provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- 0–2 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales or similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT services and ability to translate technical language to business value.
- Comfortable working independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Preferred:
- Experience in selling to international clients (e.g., US, UK, Middle East).
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle or cloud-based technologies.
