Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in IT sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate and close leads for IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and solutions
• Handle domestic and international clients through calls, emails, and meetings
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
• Maintain and update lead details in CRM on a regular basis
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for smooth project execution
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales
• Knowledge of IT services (Website Development, Digital Marketing, App Development, Software Solutions, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
• Strong presentation and client-handling skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Immediate joiner preferred
• Experience in B2B IT sales
• Ability to work independently and in a team
