Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for IT services
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, and WhatsApp
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
- Present company services (AI, automation, web/mobile development, MVP Development, Custom Solutions etc.)
- Manage leads and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ year experience in IT sales or B2B sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of IT services, software, or AI solutions (basic knowledge is enough)
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and lead generation
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
