Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented IT Sales Executive with a strong background in ERP software. The ideal candidate will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying business opportunities, meeting clients across India, and delivering high-impact, on-the-spot software demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients within the IT and Logistics sectors.
- On-the-Spot Demos: Conduct live, professional demonstrations of our ERP software to stakeholders, addressing technical queries and business pain points in real-time.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire sales funnel—from lead generation and cold calling to negotiation and closing deals.
- Pan-India Travel: Travel frequently across various states to meet prospective clients and build a strong regional presence.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position our ERP solution effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Sales (specifically ERP or complex SaaS solutions).
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, HR, Supply Chain, etc.). Knowledge of the Logistics domain is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Regional languages are a bonus).
- The "Closer" Instinct: Ability to handle objections on the fly and push for a commitment during the first or second meeting.
- Adaptability: Comfortable traveling extensively and working in a fast-paced environment.
