IT Sales Excecutive

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Salesman for our refurbished laptop retail store in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer handling skills, experience in retail sales, and the ability to confidently close deals. Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala and those holding a valid Qatar Driving License.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable refurbished laptops, accessories, and IT products.
• Explain product specifications, warranty details, and pricing clearly.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships using CRM practices.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Negotiate and close sales professionally to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.
• Coordinate with inventory and technical teams regarding product availability and delivery.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in laptops, electronics, or IT products.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English. Hindi/Malayalam knowledge will be an advantage.
• Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and customer follow-up processes.
• Ability to understand laptop configurations and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Target-oriented with a positive sales attitude.
• Preference for candidates from Kerala.
• Preference for candidates with a valid Qatar Driving License.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in refurbished electronics or computer retail sales.
• Familiarity with brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Apple laptops.
• Knowledge of upselling accessories and extended warranty packages.
• Ability to handle walk-in and online customers effectively.
