Sales Professional – IT Solutions & Services

Role Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional with at least 2 years of proven success in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT products and services sales, a strategic mindset for client acquisition, and a passion for building long-term business relationships. You should be skilled in consultative selling and adept at identifying tailored solutions that drive client success and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; conduct pre-sales meetings and understand client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
• Lead client and supplier negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven experience in sales and sales management
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Goal-oriented with a record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in selling IT products and solutions (IT infrastructure, projects, security solutions, and hardware)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales & Marketing (UAE market preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
• Hindi and Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
