About the Role
Logix Contact is seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Sales Executive responsible for identifying business opportunities and converting potential leads into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will focus on selling managed IT services including web development, mobile applications, CRM solutions, digital marketing, and social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities for managed IT services
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their IT environment, challenges, and needs
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through chat, networking, referrals, and digital channels
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their business requirements and pain points
- Present and demonstrate the benefits of Logix Contact’s services including web development, mobile apps, CRM systems, social media management, digital marketing, and IT support
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations that address client-specific challenges
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and additional sales opportunities
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline within the CRM system
Requirements
- Strong understanding of managed IT services including web, mobile, CRM, and digital marketing solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships
- Experience using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong written communication skills with extensive experience in chat-based client communication
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or within a team environment
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor by guiding clients on improving their digital and IT capabilities

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
